HEADLINE: Masked Hero Prevents Catastrophe

Action 12 News arrived on the scene where a historic disaster was narrowly avoided with the help of a mysterious hero. A downtown crosswalk was being crossed by a group of school children and their parents when a plane, rocket ship, satellite, train, meteor and ten cars were speeding towards a collision. According to reports, everything suddenly stopped and the hero moved everyone away from the site. We spoke to one of the students, local person, Dave Davies, for more detail.

"I was headed into school when I saw all these things coming towards us. I reached for my pocket knife to save everyone, but that guy beat me to it."

We also caught up with the hero for comment, he goes by the name HardStop and has a message for the world.

"These children are the future of Big City. No more unnecessary casualties will be tolerated under my watch. Villains, wrongdoers and miscreants alike... you will be stopped. No matter how fast you move, how far you run, HardStop always catches up."

The vehicles and objects set to collide were all placed outside the city and given a stern talking to by the hero. It sounds like this city is a whole lot safer with someone like him around.
